Fans Think Alexis Skyy Needs To Watch Her Back Around Trouble

Alexis, you ok sis?

Alexis Skyy and Trouble, her official boyfriend of about two weeks, are raising brows after a video shows him gripping the model’s neck awkwardly. It seems like the mother is clearly having a good time while they party at a club on Miami, but is she too inebriated to tell him she’s uncomfortable?

In the video, Alexis says “I let him tell me what to do. I follow his lead”. Meanwhile, Trouble has a kung fu grip on her throat. She tries to swat his hand away and he doesn’t move is at first.

Do YOU think this is a red flag? Her fans think it’s a huge HELL NAW.

Previously, Alexis made headlines for attending and partaking explicitly in Trouble’s “cucumber” soiree. What are YOUr thoughts on them as a couple?

Animation has always served as a getaway for kids and adults alike seeking to escape the harsh realities of “live action.”

Interestingly enough, whole fanbases have developed for certain franchises, to the point where imaginary characters have become full-on sex symbols.

While some might think that the animated world is very White (it still very much is), there are plenty of Black characters that’ve developed a reputation for their chiseled looks and brolic features. Some of these heroes and villains have been voiced by Black men who are treasured hotties from the ’90s and 2000s.

Hit the flip for some eye-candy that melted hearts in the flesh and sizzled microphones in the voice-acting world.

Sky & Her Son Des Go At It In Season 8 Premiere of 'Black Ink Crew'

Source: Nagina Lane / iOne Digital

We have left Chicago and now are back in the streets of Harlem, NY, its time for a new season of Black Ink Crew: New York. Don’t worry the drama is still here for the show’s 8th season.

The episode opens up with Ceaser announcing some “changes” are being made around the shop. What else is new? Anyway, Puma and Ceaser are still going strong since reuniting. Things are going so well, in fact, the tattoo shop owner decided to make Puma a part-owner. Walter is a bit worried about the idea, but he is willing to give it a chance being that he has faith in his boss to make the right decisions when it comes to shop. Oh and after beefing for an entire season, Donna is back in the shop…again.

Puma gets to work immediately and books a bachelorette party in the shop. The bride-to-be and her bridesmaids will also be getting tattoos in the process, so that quickly makes Ceaser very happy. We also see one of the ladies in the bridal party definitely needs a tattoo locater on lower back fixed pronto.

We also learn that Tati and Teddy are back on good terms after the “married couple” had a falling out last season. It’s good to see the two are getting along for the sake of work. During the party, Ceaser gets a FaceTime call from Kitty, and she has some unfortunate news. Her mom’s cancer returned, and she is currently undergoing chemotherapy, the gang all wishes her the best.

With that out of the way, it’s time to focus back on the bachelorette party, and a surprise guest walks in. It is none other than DMX who happens to be the fiance of the bride-to-be. Well, that was a head-scratching surprise, to say the least.

Speaking of married couples, Young Bae and her husband Rob are having some marital issues. After the birth of their son, Rob apparently got hurt on the job, and his mental state is taking a toll on their marriage and Bae is worried. While explaining the situation to Donna, she breaks down but vows to stay resilient for her young son.

Puma and Ceaser are thrilled to be working with each other again, but Puma’s wife Quani isn’t as excited. She has still not forgiven Ceaser for the incident at the movie theater where a woman wearing Black Ink shirt jumped her and gave her a black eye. Puma feels she needs to let the past go for the sake of peace, but Quani has her reservations.

At Ceaser’s 40th birthday bash, Quani tries to make peace with the tattoo shop mogul, but the olive branch quickly breaks. During the conversation between the two, Ceaser admits he remembers the night of the incident but doesn’t know who the woman was that attacked Quani. Puma’s wife insists that the woman was an intern and that Ceaser instructed her to attack Quani, but he doesn’t admit to it and claims he doesn’t know who Quani’s attacker was. Great value Keyshia Cole is also upset about the fact that when you google her name, the first thing that pops up is a picture of her with the black eye.

Who is out here googling Qauni though? Anyway, she walks away, but the beef is still clearly simmering between the two despite Ceaser wanting to make peace. We already see the storyline building here.

Moving on, Sky is in Miami still, and she is happy as far as her business is concerned. Since reuniting with her two sons, she only had issues with Genesis. Des was more receptive of bonding with his mom, but that has definitely changed. Apparently, all the trouble began when Sky asked Des to start contributing towards the rent. Des also linked up with his brother Genesis and immediately starts posting pictures of him brandishing guns and using drugs. Sky is clearly not happy about all of these developments being that she and Des were so close at the time.

Sky decides to fly Des to Miami so the two can have a heart-to-heart conversation about what is going on. When he shows up, he is visibly high, and Sky is furious. She accuses her son of stealing money, plus Des’ responses back to her are not helping matters. Things get heated quickly between the two, so much to the point hat security has to intervene. Des decides to go stay in a hotel, while Sky locks herself in the bathroom and breaks down.

We hope Sky and her two seeds can work things out. Hit the gallery below to see the reactions from the season 8 premiere below.

Pumpkin Spice Spam To Be Released

Autumn is canceled and a canned meat product is to blame. The makers behind Spam canned mystery meat are announcing that their product is taking on a new flavor this fall. Spam will be pumpkin spice flavored and available starting September 23 on Walmart and Spam’s online stores.

Hormel Foods confirmed to CNN that their product will be mixed with cinnamon, clove, allspice, and nutmeg and they suggest that it’s paired with waffles or baked into a vegetable hash or a cornbread muffin.

Twitter is, of course, going CRAZY over the idea of congealed crumbles being flavored for fall.

Add this to the list of things that Ugg booted Beckies will enjoy this fall.

Rachel Lindsay Spills Some Tea About Her Nights In The Fantasy Suite

A few weeks before her wedding, Rachel Lindsay just revealed that her soon-to-be-husband isn’t the only one she slept with during the fantasy suit dates.

Interesting timing, don’t you think?

Even though she was lucky enough to find love with chiropractor Bryan Abasolo in 2017 on her season of The Bachelorette, it seems like she didn’t know Bryan was the one until after she felt things out with the final three. The 34-year-old appeared on Access’ Gold Cart Confessions with Scott Evans this week, which where she gave some insight into her time on the show.

The former Bachelorette revealed for the first time that she slept with two out of the three contestants that made it to the Fantasy Suite dates. Even though Linday did confirm that was her first night sleeping with her fiance Bryan, she didn’t reveal who the other lucky guy was (but the way she cried over her break-up with Peter Kraus, we have a pretty good idea who it might have been).

Rachel and Bryan are set to wed later this month, and while they initially opted for a destination wedding with 50 guests, they’ve increased their numbers to 150.

Shawne Merriman Sued For Wrongful Death Of Playboy Employee

The parents of Kimberly Fattorini believe that former NFL player Shawne Merriman spike their daughter’s drink which ultimately resulted in her death.

According to NYDailyNews, Fattorini’s parents filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Merriman last week. Kimberly died at a friend’s LA apartment in July 2017 after taking what the coroner says was a lethal combination of alcohol, cocaine, and the date rape drug called GHB.

“I realize the (parents) must be suffering greatly, but (I) do not have any idea why they are defaming me by making false accusations in the press and in public pleadings and causing me economic harm,” Merriman wrote in a statement filed Tuesday in his related bankruptcy case.

“I realize the (parents) must be suffering greatly, but (I) do not have any idea why they are defaming me by making false accusations in the press and in public pleadings and causing me economic harm,” Merriman wrote in a statement filed Tuesday in his related bankruptcy case.

“Until the tragic death of Kimberly Fattorini made the newspaper, I was a sports commentator on a variety of television shows. I was also a motivational speaker, especially addressing the topic of overcoming adversity,” he said in the new statement.

Merriman looks EXTRA funny in the light because he filed for bankruptcy late last year and now it kinda looks like he did it to keep ol’ girl’s parents from doing just this. Merriman told a judge that this was NOT the case, but still…

Colin Kaepernick’s Camp Denies Speaking With Jay-Z Before New NFL Deal

We’ve known Jay-Z to be many things over the years, but is a liar one of them? According to Colin Kaepernick‘s camp, that may be the case. After news broke on Wednesday that Hov signed a new partnership with the NFL, folks automatically assumed that the rap mogul was undercutting Colin Kaepernick’s kneeling protest. However, Jay discredited the claims during a meeting with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell at Roc Nation’s NYC offices, saying:

“There’s two parts of protest: the protest, and then there’s a company or individual saying ‘I hear you, what do we do next?’ For me it’s about actionable items, what are we gonna do about it?”

Both Jay and Goodell also claimed to have spoken to Kap before inking the deal to help the NFL with entertainment and social justice issues. But according to Kaepernick’s attorney, Mark Geragos, the rap mogul did not talk to the former NFL prior to signing the deal. Even Kapernick’s girlfriend Nessa spoke out about the claims, adding that Jay “NEVER included him in the discussion”.

And what does Hov have to say about the backlash? TMZ reports:

“Jay-Z’s camp tells us that he he has absolutely spoken to Kap within the last 48 hours, however … that was NOT before Jay agreed to his new partnership with the NFL. It’s unclear what they discussed, but we’re told this was not a case of Jay checking in with Colin for approval. It couldn’t have been … the deal was already signed.
To be clear … we’re told the question posed to Jay during the media event was simply whether he had spoken to Colin — NOT whether he had talked to Colin about the partnership.”

David Oyelowo & Storm Reid Talk “DON’T LET GO”

David Oyelowo and Storm Reid recently brought their excellence in acting to the National Association of Black Journalists Conference. As previously reported the
“DON’T LET GO” actors met with journalists and Entertainment Tonight host Kevin Frazier to talk their time-traveling Blumhouse thriller.

In the film, Oyelowo plays South Central detective Jack Radcliff who’s hellbent on saving his recently-murdered niece Ashley (Storm Reid.) When he shockingly receives a phone call from his deceased relative, he springs into action and battles time to prevent the young girl’s death from happening. “”DON’T LET GO” is heart-pounding and bizarre—and since it’s produced by Blumhouse we’re anticipating a BIG plot twist.

David told NABJ attendees that the idea of being able to save lost family members attracted him to the film for a deeply personal reason.

“There being a chance that I could actually save them is what really drew me to it,” said Oyelowo. “I’m sure there are people in this room who’ve lost people they love. I personally lost my mom two years ago.”

As for Storm who also spoke on playing Gia, sister to Rue (Zendaya) on “Euphoria”, she likes to play characters who have real-life personal battles and whose underlying messages “match with her morals and values.” With that in mind, “DON’T LET GO’s” Ashley was a perfect choice.

“I don’t go out looking for these characters who are challenged and who have these circumstances,” said Storm. “But I feel like that’s what makes a real person a real person and that’s how we really show our narratives.”

The duo also touched on the need for inclusivity in Hollywood. According to David who also served as a producer on this project, there’s no need for things to be “blackified” but there is a need for our people to be seen on the big screen in diverse stories like this thriller.

“As for black people we are not asking for everything to be quote, unquote “blackified” whatever that may mean—but there are specifics about us and our culture and our family and our attitudes and the way we see the world and our history. And that history is valid to be seen by all in its specificity but also in the breadth of its humanity.”

“For me, it was [saying] ‘Okay, let’s set this somewhere that feels more specific,” he added. “So we decided that it was going to be in Los Angeles. We decided on a place that’s so often seen in a certain kind of way [South Central Los Angeles], so let’s go to that place and redefine the story that you might see.”

For everyone else, DON’T LET GO is in theaters Friday, August 30th.
