Emily B‘s daughter, Taina Williams, is extremely beautiful.

She took to Instagram yesterday to post a photo of herself in her Fashion Nova ‘fit, a black cut-out bikini that showed off all her curves. In what was definitely a second flex, she captioned the sexy pic “Open water my location is remote 📍.” Check it out up top.

The 21-year-old is dating rapper G Herbo and in case you missed it, they made headlines not too long ago when Herbo’s ex, Ari, claimed he cheated with Taina. Emily B ended up getting in the middle of the drama to defend her daughter…

“Wait what? If anyone understood your situation it was me,” she wrote after Ari claimed Emily had been spreading lies about her. “I told you that your anger was misplaced. I also told you that I understood you. I have never had a conversation or met Herb in my life till this day. Why on Earth would you tell millions of people that I lied on you? I called you and had a heart-to-heart convo with you. In fact, when I called you she didn’t even know. I told you I walked around with a lot of bitterness and hate in my heart for years but it didn’t hurt them, it only hurt me. Taina doesn’t know you or ever even talked [to] you… so based off an assumption her character has been tarnished. You have never even tried to reach out to her but you run to the internet.”

Whew. Seems like the Bustamante-Williams family is over the drama, though, and living good. Peeps more pics of Taini below.

Wu-Tang Clan Becomes First Rap Act To Headline Ryman Auditorium

Wu-Tang Clan is continuing to take over all media sites and venues, with appearances in places you might least expect them.

Most recently, they headlined the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, which is usually reserved for more country acts, church revivals and boxing matches, according to NPR.

Ever since they opened in 1892, Ryman has hosted everyone from Johnny Cash to Helen Keller to Harry Houdini.

But never a hip hop act…

Until now.

On June 9, Wu-Tang played a sold-out show at the theater nicknamed “The Mother Church of Country Music.” The performance was apart of their international tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their Enter the Wu-Tang album.

“This isn’t your grandparents’ Ryman,” says Shannon Sanders, a record producer and Grammy-winning musician. In the 80s, Sanders was apart of one of Nashville’s first hip hop groups, and he says the hip hop scene there has often lived in the shadow of country: “It’s just been hard to be part of the narrative of the city’s musical story.”

Now, Sanders says listeners have diversified their tastes, going from country to rock to hip hop.

“You know, the Ryman has had to grow up too, and had to grow up into what the city is,” Sanders says. “You know, the Wu-Tang is ready for the Ryman, but also the Ryman is ready for the Wu-Tang.”

Based on the crowd, it was definitely a night to remember.

Family and friends of Layleen Polanco are reeling after their loved one was found lifeless in a jail cell. Polanco also known as Layleen Xtravaganza, died June 7 at Rikers Island.

The New York Post reports that she was found unresponsive in her cell at the Rose M. Singer women’s facility around 2:40 p.m. Efforts to revive her were unsuccessful.

“Any death in our custody is a tragic loss, and we are looking into how this happened,” ‎a DOC spokesperson told the publication.

No further details have been released.

The 27-year-old is now the 10th transwoman to be found dead this year.

“Pose” actress Indya Moore who grew up with Layleen also spoke on her death and condemned the current administration for not protecting trans lives.

“I knew Layleen growing up. I Remember desiring to be beautiful like her. She was cool, and funny too, like all of us she had dreams of escaping poverty and the misery of social ostricisation. She is the 10th trans woman to die this year. Noone knows if it was a murder, or how she died but this is the closest black trans death has ever gotten to me and this is extremely alarming and traumatic,” wrote Indya on Instagram.

“As you all know the trans community is extremely small, we feel every loss and we often all know someone who knew somebody murdered. By initiation of the trump administration, the supreme Court is debating RIGHT NOW on whether trans people deserve to be a federally protected demographic, to equal access legal aid, employment, shelter, healthcare, and employment they are hearing our cases on why we deserve human rights.

Our current administration is sending a legislative message that trans peoples lives don’t matter and that is encouraging people to take our lives, it’s making our deaths go uninvestigated. I don’t want to die, I don’t want us to die.”

Three days later and the family and friends of Layleen STILL don’t have details about what caused her death???

We hope they get the clarity they so deserve.

These days, everyone has some sort of hustle. And depending on your circumstances and environment, some hustles tend to be more unlawful than others. One Cincinnati man was recently busted after turning his bed into a drug command center.

The 600 lb man, who doesn’t move well and has a breathing tube, plead guilty (in the ambulance) to trafficking in cocaine, weapons under disability and other drug charges.

Local 12 News reports:

Sgt. Ryan Hudson with the Cincinnati Police Department said, “We received a Crimestoppers tip and some information from the community that an individual up on Rosewood in Hartwell — the activity was consistent with drug trafficking.” Cincinnati Police got information that Smith was running a drug ring. When officers raided the house in April 2018, they found surveillance cameras, drugs and guns that Smith isn’t legally allowed to own. They read him his rights but could not physically arrest him.

Sgt. Hudson told reporters, “It was obvious that there were people running for him because he’s so large, as I mentioned 600 to 700 pounds, he wasn’t able to move around freely,” said Hudson. “It made it kind of tough on us to maneuver or almost get him out of the house that particular day. In fact, it was impossible.”

Smith has been sentenced to 2-years behind bars.

A huge win recently went down in court for the family of a Bowie State student fatally stabbed by a suspected white supremacist. Racist images on the phone of Sean Christopher Urbanski will be presented to the jury during the murder trial for the fatal stabbing of Richard Collins III.

The Capital Gazette reports that Urbanski’s lawyers fought to have the images thrown out calling them “stupid and tasteless” but ultimately irrelevant to the killing.

A Prince George’s County Circuit Court judge disagreed however and ruled that the images which include a hanging noose and “racially insensitive” memes could be presented as evidence.
Prosecutors argued that the photos prove Urbanski selected Collins to kill because he was black.

Lt. Richard Collins III was killed near the campus of University of Maryland College Park in May 2017. He was with two friends at a bus stop and heard Urbanski screaming, “Step left, step left if you know what’s best for you.” After Collins refused, Urbanski stabbed him once in the chest.

As previously reported he’s facing a sentence of life without parole plus 20 years.

Child Reported His Parents By Bringing Their Drugs To School

One elementary school student in Washington brought a bag of meth to class to turn it into his principal. The young boy brought the drugs to Edison Elementary to ask for help, according to the Kennewick Police Department and now, local authorities are praising the “brave” young boy for having the courage to turn in his own parents.

“We would like to acknowledge the courage that it took for this child to bring this information to a trusted adult at the Kennewick School District,” says a post on the Kennewick Police Department Facebook page.

The principal and an office administrator were befuddle when the child handed over what appeared to be a small plastic bag of methamphetamine. He reportedly found the drugs in his home on Wednesday morning and ended up bringing it to school because he was “afraid to return home.”

“This particular child was brave for coming to us with this,” said Lt. Aaron Clem of the Kennewick Police Department to Yahoo Lifestyle. “It’s difficult, especially for an elementary school kid, to report this kind of thing when it involves a family member.”

Once the child provided additional information to a School Resource Officer about his parents’ behavior, the detectives went to his home where they found they found fetanyl pills and other drug paraphernalia. “I suspect that he had seen the drugs before, which is why he knew to bring them to school,” Clem continued.

The boy’s parents, 29-year-old Jennifer Edwards 29-year-old and Daniel O’Leary, were then arrested for possession of a controlled substance and are currently booked at the Benton County Jail.

According to local authorities, the boy and his sister have bpth been placed into protective custody and released to Child Protective Services. The Lt. said, “We hope that since he’s done this that he and his sister are going to live in a safer and environment and that the adults they get the help that they need.”

The Benton County prosecuting attorney will evaluate the case later this week to see if there are any other possible charges, like child endangerment. Clem adds that he hopes that other children who may feel unsafe at home will feel empowered to come get help from any trusted adult. “If there’s ever any elementary child, or older, that sees something at home, they can always find a trusted adult— whether it’s at school, a fire department or the police department— and get the help that they need or with any concerns that they may have.”

As a culture, we’ve ranted and raved about canceling Kanye West more times than he’s said “Yeezy.”

But it seems as though every time he drops a new album, has a slammin’ Sunday service and drops some fire Yeezy merch, his cancellation is discontinued and his foolery is ignored.

Let’s be real, any other artists would’ve been banned from speaking certain places after claiming that slavery was a choice. But not Kanye.

The Kardashian King loves to troll us, and it’s starting to seem like some folks like it —dare I say, admire him for it.

@OgEchi: Happy birthday President Kanye Omari West!game changer, innovator, the supporter of youths and talents, the only artist who coughs & it makes headlines; the fearless & kindest of them all, husband and father of the most cutest kids in Hollywood. Keep breaking boundaries sir

But when is enough enough? When is too far too far?

@sheis_g: Kanye thought that the asshole/bad guy shit was gon keep him in the press… then he went too far

@therealseeran: Y’all give Kanye the most handouts I’ve ever seen. Everything he does is dismissed as “genius” and “art” I don’t think any other artist would get this many passes. You have to draw the line somewhere. What can and what can’t be accepted.

CHECK OUT THESE MOMENTS  that almost, and should have, got Kanye West completely outta here.

Can you believe that there’s a such thing as National Best Friend Day? We’re probably suppose to be telling our besties how much we appreciate them today, but shouldn’t we be doing that all day, errday?

But the pseudo holiday did make us think about some of our favorite TV show besties and how we wish they were our BFF goals in real life.

Like Issa & Molly! Malibu, we can’t get enough of their super authentic and honest bond. Out of all the TV show besties, these two probably spend the most time together off set — and we love ’em for it.

Hit the flip for more TV show best friends that we wish were our bestie goals in real life.

Lil Xan Pulls Out A Handgun During Gas Station Altercation

Lil Xan pulled out a handgun and pointed it at a man who confronted the rapper about once calling Tupac “boring,” and now the incident is being investigated by the LAPD.

According to reports and video obtained by TMZ, the altercation went down shortly before 10 PM on Friday in a 7-Eleven parking lot near downtown Los Angeles. The person shooting the video says that he asked Lil Xan why he “talked s**t” about Tupac last year in an interview.

Things went to a whole new level when the guy called Xan a “b***h,” which is when he started shouting back at the guy, yelling, “What the f**k you want, bruh?? Get the f**k out, n***a!!!”

This is when the rapper started flashing what looks to be a semi-automatic handgun as he walked to his Mercedes-Benz SUV with his girlfriend, Annie Smith. Annie joined in, yelling back at the guy, “You started it, you dumb f**k.”

As the pair got into their ride, Xan brandished the weapon one more time. They ended up driving off without any further incident, but the guy filed a report with LAPD.

As for Lil Xan, he says he only pulled out the gun to protect himself from an attack. He feels like the man was antagonizing him over a comment that was made way back in March 2018.

He posted to his Instagram story following the incident, writing, “the media is gonna try and twist what just happened at a gas station, I was about to be attacked and resorted to having to use self defend, f**k all you old head a** b**ches still talking bout that 2pac s**t live your own life And stop picking on a kid.”
