The rivalry between Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark has been one for the ages, but in a recent interview, Reese gave fans a glimmer of hope that she could see the dynamic duo teaming up in the future.

Reese and Clark have been going head-to-head since childhood, and their rivalry has only grown as their talent has soared. Both players have carved out their own spots in the WNBA as future icons, but it’s their shared history of competition and mutual respect that makes their rivalry so intriguing.

“Me and Caitlin have been playing against each other since we were kids,” Reese told the Wall Street Journal. “It’s just a full circle moment of how women are viewed when it comes to trash-talking, and it’s okay in men’s sports. So we’re gonna normalize that in women’s sports as well, so it’s just super competitive. I think we’re two great competitors. We brought a lot of fans to this league, and I thought we’re gonna continue to do that, and one day, hopefully, we can be teammates.”

Friendly Rivalry Turned Viral Scandal

During the 2023 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament championship final, things reached a whole new level. Reese, who led LSU to victory, found herself in the spotlight for more than just her game. She famously waved her hand in front of her face, John Cena-style, as a taunt towards Clark, while pointing to her ring finger—a bold reminder that she was about to secure that championship ring.

It was a moment that set the internet on fire, turning into an instant meme and placing both Reese and Clark, as well as women’s basketball, into the mainstream sports conversation.

If there’s one thing Angel Reese believes in, it’s that trash talk belongs in the game. In the interview, she emphasized how essential it is for athletes, especially women, to embrace on the court.

After the championship game, Reese received some criticism for her in-your-face celebration. But the best part? Caitlin Clark had no problem with it!

What’s Next For Angel Reese?

Fans got a sneak peek of what a Reese-Clark team-up could look like during this year’s WNBA All-Star Game when the two played on the same team. Reese has made it clear she’s open to the idea of joining forces with Clark in the future, and we can only imagine what that could mean for the WNBA.

While basketball is undoubtedly Reese’s primary focus, she’s also got her eyes on some serious off-the-court goals. In the Wall Street Journal interview, Reese opened up about her dreams beyond winning WNBA championships. She hopes to one day own a professional basketball team and even start a modeling agency.

And she’s not just dreaming—she’s already making moves. Angel is part-owner of the DC Power Football Club (Power FC), a professional women’s soccer team in the USL Super League. Reese’s ambition is to help elevate women’s sports by giving back in a meaningful way—whether that’s through ownership, advocacy, or mentorship.

Whether or not the two become teammates one day, one thing is certain: the rivalry between Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark is already legendary. And who knows? Maybe their next chapter will involve raising a WNBA trophy together.

Keke Palmer 2024 ESSENCE Festival Of Culture™ Presented By Coca-Cola® - Day 3 - Ernest N. Morial Convention Center

Keke Palmer is known for keeping a job and now she’s opening up about how she keeps her coins, too.

While fulfilling her guest speaker duties at the annual Building Wealth Today for Tomorrow Financial Empowerment Summit in Chicago, Palmer broke down her rules on leaving below her means after going bankrupt at 18, the Jasmine BRANDthe Jasmine BRAND reports.

“If I got $10,000 in the bank, then my house would be $500 a month. That’s how under I mean, because I can probably afford something $2,500 maybe, but I’m going way under. You know why? Because I wanna invest in my business,” she said. “So if I wanna invest in my business, then the material things that I’m having currently might have to take a short back. Instead of wearing Gucci, I’m wearing Zara. I live in a good place. I drive a cool car, ’cause my money is going elsewhere… I got a Toyota right now in my driveway.”

The “Big Boss” has opened up about her humble beginnings that have led to her frugality before. During an episode of her podcast, Baby, This Is Keke Palmer, she revealed that director Tyler Perry helped her family through a tough financial time.

“That was the first time that I have ever been in a movie, and it introduced this for me in business,” Palmer said. “And I thank you so much for this, where whatever the movie did you gave me extra money in the backend and that’s big.”

She continued,

“I was no big name or anything like that. It was not necessarily something that was my birthright, but for that to happen in that movie and for it to have been such a success — that extra money, what it did for my family and how it allowed me to maintain my time in California, moving from Chicago, (IL). I mean we had nothing, and for you to do that it was just really amazing so I just wanted to mention that ‘cause I never forgot that.”

These days, Palmer seems to be rolling in opportunities to bring in more dollars. Her latest venture is as the acting Chief Brand Officer of legacy haircare brand, Creme of Nature.

MTV alum Ananda Lewis is setting the record straight about refusing a double mastectomy for her breast cancer, which reached Stage 4: “Today, I am fantastic!”

Concern and clapbacks flooded in about how Lewis handles her health after snippets and quotes about “keeping her tumor” recently went viral. As previously reported Lewis said she wanted to choose her own path after seeing how conventional options played out before. Lewis’ mother seemingly did everything right, from regular mammograms to the doctor-recommended treatments, but still struggled with the same illness.

Now in an interview this week with Shameika Rhymes on Soulibration for BlackDoctor.org, Lewis set the record straight about her health and healing.

The former Teen Summit host also clarified that she wasn’t against all conventional medicine. Lewis would have considered other procedures, just not a double mastectomy at that time.

“I was clear that there was a way I got here. And for me that says, ‘There’s a way out as long as I don’t damage my body to the point that it can’t function like it needs to.’ And that’s why I said, ‘No,’” she explained.

“If they had let me do a lumpectomy, I would’ve done that. They didn’t give me those options. They gave me the options that fit how they treat it. And I respect and understand it. It just wasn’t for me,” Lewis stated.

Despite The Backlash, Ananda Lewis Continues Sharing So Other Women “Learn From My Victories” And Her “Biggest Mistake”

Others are “entitled to their opinion,” but Lewis hopes they are vigilant, open-minded, and doing research about their health. The main lessons the vibrant VJ veteran wants everyone to take are prevention and early detection.

“My biggest mistake is the one I’ve shared from the beginning: not getting my mammograms,” she said, however, “I still am on the fence about mammograms.”

“I’m gonna rephrase that. My biggest mistake was not staying on top of early detection. I could have used 3D ultrasound,” or other new methods of detection.

Just like she encourages people to do their own research for their health, she urges everyone to watch the full story shared in the CNN roundtable with her friends, Stephanie Elam and Sara Sidner.

The beloved former VJ has been open about her journey since 2020. After two years of battling the illness in private, she announced the Stage 3 diagnosis on social media. Since then, the cancer continued to spread as she pursued alternatives to a double mastectomy. Lewis cares more about possibilities for others than debating about what could’ve been for herself.

“You can’t spend your time wishing you did things differently. You will never live. I’m not going to spend time regretting,” she said.

“I still feel like I did the right thing. I need women to learn from my mistakes. I need them to need them to learn from my victories,” she continued.

Last year, “things got worse” as the illness progressed, but now, she feels better with new approaches. “Today, I am fantastic. All of that led me to better solutions!” she confirmed, as she continues working for the “least harm to my body and the most good.”

See what Ananda Lewis said about whether refusing surgery “might have been a mistake” and the rest of her interview after the flip.

Ananda Lewis Discusses Her “Integrative” Approach To Cancer Treatment And Reflects On Her Choices: “I’m Living With The Consequences”

After seeing her mother go through the conventional treatments, the TV personality chose an “integrative” approach. That included doing “chemotherapy but tiny micro amounts.” Lewis also tried red light therapy, “high-dose vitamin C IVs followed by hyperbaric chambers,” and other homeopathic therapies.”

“I didn’t have surgery. I did make choices that I knew people were going to disagree with — people closest to me in my life disagreed with them when I was making them,” Lewis told Rhymes.

The 51-year-old said she’s embracing every part of her journey, including “whatever mistakes.”

“It might have been a mistake for me not to have surgery. I don’t know,” Lewis said. “I’m not going to go back, repeat that. Where I’m at now I’m fine with, and so whatever mistakes I’ve made, I’m in a great place,” she continued.

“We all got to make our own choices. I’m living with the consequences of mine.

Of course, the stakes are high for these life-or-death decisions. Lewis has made peace with all that, saying that she’s confronting the inevitable.

“All of us are dying! All the time!” she said, urging everyone to take control of healthier choices. “No one gets out of here alive.”

She also candidly confessed that alternative medicine is “ridiculously expensive.” Many of her recent struggles came from struggles to afford her treatments consistently.

“Even if you die, you can be okay because everybody’s going to confront that at some point in their lives, so this is really much more about how you want to live,” she stated.

Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby are standing by their decision to send their Real Housewives of Potomac co-stars packing after they arrived four minutes late to their benefit event supporting the National Brain Tumor Society. The reaction on social media has been mixed regarding their controversial choice amid the dynamic duo expressing their GNA aggravation.

In a sneak peek clip of #RHOP episode three, which is set to air Oct. 20, tensions flare between Darby, Bryant, and their co-stars—Stacey Rusch, Wendy Osefo, Keiarna Stewart, Mia Thornton, and Jassi Rideaux—after the group rushed over in a sprinter van from Karen Huger’s Femme Powered event, where the 61-year-old star was receiving an award. They arrived just in time to support the event honoring Bryant’s late father, who lost his battle with a brain tumor, but they were four minutes late.

Rusch, Osefo, Stewart, Thornton, and Rideaux thought they were doing the right thing by supporting both causes. They arrived at 8:04 PM, with enough time to enjoy the gathering until it wrapped up at 9 PM. However, instead of gratitude, they faced hostility and were asked to leave the venue immediately.

“Tell them to get out of here!” Gizelle told security on Sunday’s episode, as the girls stood by bewildered by her harsh reaction.

Darby stayed quiet during the confrontation, but as the ladies headed back to their van, she unexpectedly followed them with a QR code for donations to the National Brain Tumor Society. Rusch, Osefo, Stewart, Thornton, and Rideaux sped off feeling “offended” and angry.

#RHOP Preview Shows Gizelle And Ashley Defending Their Decision

Gizelle and Ashley will provide more insight into their clash with their co-stars in the forthcoming episode. In the teaser, Bryant expressed her frustration over her co-stars attending Huger’s event, highlighting the emotional significance of her father’s death and its impact on the benefit.

“My father passed away months ago. Karen getting an award? Who gives a sh-t! This is the same woman that just hit a tree!” the 54-year-old entrepreneur said in her confessional, referring to the reality TV’s star’s DUI incident that occurred in March.

“This is a real event in which we’re raising real money. Don’t play with me. Not tonight.”

Darby followed up with her own theory, suggesting that Huger “knew what she was doing” when she intentionally and, shadily, reminded the ladies to attend her Femme Powered event on the same day.

Social Media Reacts To Gizelle & Ashley Kicking The Ladies Out

As fans anticipate how the situation will unfold in the next #RHOP episode, many have taken to social media to express their opinions on the heated exchange. Several users supported Bryant and Darby for ejecting their co-stars, arguing that they should have prioritized attending the event for its worthy cause. Many criticized Huger for scheduling her event on the same day, with one user declaring it was “absolutely wrong.”

However, some felt that Bryant and Darby overreacted. A number of users labeled Darby as “tacky” for soliciting donations after sending her co-stars away.

What do YOU think about this #RHOP predicament?

It’s hard out here, even for a second-generation model!

Aoki Lee Simmons announced that it’s a wrap for her modeling career after constantly hearing that she’s “not pretty enough” amid comparisons to her iconic mom, Kimora Lee Simmons.

Like many other 22-year-olds, Aoki is going through it! After overwhelming rejection and cold-blooded criticism, she’s getting out of the game. Despite years of elite experience and growing up in a fashion empire, it sounds like she doesn’t have much motion. TMZ reports Aoki vented about the professional pivot in a recent video posted online.

The Baby Phat heiress is preparing her exit strategy while she still has a few more bookings in the pipeline. The industry was already cutthroat, but how can she compete against her own mother?

“I think I’m probably wrapping up modeling soon,” she declared. “It just feels like one big fat comparison all the time. Like ok, I get that. My mom is always going to be a way better model than me. It’s just annoying to have that comparison sometimes.”

This isn’t the first time Aoki was ready to tap out. As BOSSIP previously reported, she announced a break from modeling this summer because of an experience that was “dark AF.”

She swore off “any kind of fashion week unless I’m mentally prepared for it and feel loved and supported. The last one ruined my mental health.” Aoki clarified that she could handle basic rejection because “that’s life,” but she took the “genuine cruelty” personally.

What will she do instead? Don’t hold your breath on her becoming a full-time influencer or reality TV star yet like a lot of celebrity seeds. The Harvard alum decided to put her Ivy League degree to work. The political science major has both beauty and brains. She graduated last year at the age of 20, making her one of the youngest Black women to graduate from Harvard.

“I think I’m going to end up switching back to working in government, which is what my degree is in,” she continued.

It says a lot about how rough things are that Aoki could look at this political landscape and still decide it’s easier than the modeling industry. And the toll it takes on self-esteem.

“It’s hard to go somewhere and get told over and over and over, ‘No, you’re not pretty enough, you’re not pretty enough, you’re not pretty enough,” she continued with her voice cracking.

“That’s not a fun time,” she said. “I worked really hard at it, but it’s a hard industry. Like there’s a lot of beautiful great girls who are great models that don’t have a job.”

If Aoki isn’t pretty enough, then who is?

The BCBG baddie referenced advice from her mother about walking away before revealing how much thought she put into it. The next steps include “taking the foreign service test so I can get back into international relations, which is what my degree is in.” Until then, she’s determined to “finish strong” and make mama proud.

Kimora previously revealed initial concerns about her baby girl following in her high fashion footsteps. After all, the OG has endured the severe criticism since she was only about 10 years old. Still, she taught Aoki that rejection is part of life, whether she modeled or not.

Even if she gets dragged for it, Aoki keeps it real about what’s on her mind. Hopefully, she can put it at ease with a career away from the catwalk.

Kandi Burruss and Riley Burruss ASCAP Grammy Brunch In The Garden

When it comes to Kandi Burruss, we all know she can find a check to cash, and it seems the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

Though Real Housewives of Atlanta is no longer Kandi koated, it seems her oldest daughter Riley is joining the Bravo family. According to PEOPLE, Riley will be one of several cast members for a new show titled Making It In Manhattan. The full cast has not been released but it is rumored to include Ming Lee Simmons, Damon Dash‘s daughter, Ava Dash, a host of influencers and several children of popular housewives across franchises.

Though Kandi has had her share of shows on Bravo, the singer songwriter says that she “couldn’t be happier” since making the decision to leave RHOA after being the only original cast member to stay on the show since its inception.

“Not that I don’t like the show, I just feel like when I left, I had done 14 seasons straight. No other Housewife had done that,” she says. “So a lot of times, I was filming all year-round reality, and that can be a little draining.”

Earlier this month, Kandi appeared on two episodes of Hulu’s Reasonable Doubt as recovering addict Eboni Phillips, a role she received after meeting the show’s creator on a flight.

“I thought that was just she and I having women a business talk, supporting each other type of thing,” Burrus said. “I didn’t think it was going to be an opportunity for us to work together so soon. I was thinking maybe off in the future, maybe she could think of me if they had something, but it was immediately after that her team hit my team and they asked me to come in for this role. I was so excited.”

Kandi and her husband, Todd Tucker, have also joined the production team for the newest Broadway revival of Shakespeare’s Othello starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Kanye West‘s ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, recently filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming that he sexually assaulted her while in a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs. This comes after a June 2024 lawsuit where Pisciotta claimed sexual harassment while working for the rapper and wrongful termination.

According to Page Six, Pisciotta, who is also a model, amended the June 2024 complaint to include newfound information. She alleges that while the two were in a studio session, she was given a drink that was “laced with an unidentified drug,” and West was the one who had the drink made for her.

She further alleges that after taking the drink, she later felt “less control of her body and speech.” While she woke up the next morning feeling sick and shameful, she was unsure of the details. She became aware of the alleged drugging “much later.

The former OnlyFans model states that West later told her they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” confirming her suspicions. The filed complaint alleges that the confession stemmed from West being pressured by his then-wife, Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star had begun to assert that her husband and Pisciotta were having an affair, which caused the “Gold Digger” rapper to come clean. West’s ex-assistant claims she knew she had to quit once she became privy to this information.

“Still to that day, up until that conversation and revelations of true facts and actions taken that night, Plaintiff did not know or think she was sexually assaulted that night, as Plaintiff only thought she was roofied by a studio assistant, likely embarrassed herself and then took the blame,” the filing stated.

In the amended complaint, it is revealed that Pisciotta was fired shortly after the studio session. Before the filing was amended, the ex-assistant stated that she was owed $3 million in severance. According to Page Six, she originally collected $1 million in salary. However, West requested that she delete her OnlyFans page, from which she made an additional $1 million. To combat the loss in salary, West promised a $2 million raise. Pisciotta claims she never received the money.

While working for West, Pisciotta claims she often received texts harassing her.

“See my problem is I be wanting to f–k but then after I f–k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f–ked while I’m f–ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one alleged text reads.

West’s former employee also claims she would receive private photos of male and female Yeezy employees. The filing also claims that West masturbated while sitting next to his assistant. He would also allegedly get angry when Pisciotta would reject his offers of sex.

In response to Pisciotta’s June 2024 suit, West’s team claimed her filing was “baseless.” His team also claims that it was her that was trying to make sexual advances towards the 47-year-old.

“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” West’s lawyer stated. “She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

Though Diddy was named in the suit as a co-host of the studio session, he has not been named for any wrongdoing.

In the post, she detailed her plan to “transition off of social media for good.” She continued to describe what social media has done to her mental health and psyche. She then stated that her last day using social media will be December 18th, the two-year anniversary of Lennox’s sobriety decision.

“I’m working on a plan to transition off of social media for good. I don’t believe I’ll ever mature and be happy as long as i have it. So my last day of socials will be December 18th, my 2 year sobriety anniversary. I will be deleting my FB, IG and TikTok permanently,” she wrote.

The 33-year-old alluded to her previous desires to leave social media but was scared that leaving the apps would set her back in her career goals. Lennox completed her caption by speaking directly to her fans. She admitted that social media had compromised her happiness, and she was no longer willing to make that sacrifice. She also provided spaces in which her fans c a still interact with her content. Fans and music listeners can stay updated on her upcoming releases there.

“I’m so exhausted with my addiction to the internet and gossip and attention and validation and yearning to be in control and oversharing. I just want to be free and complete. I would like to offer other spaces where you can find me and that’s YouTube.com/arilennox and Arilennox.com and on the singing stage or outside.”

A Look At Ari Lennox’s Sobriety Journey

You may recall that in December 2023, Lennox took to social media to announce the one-year anniversary of her decision to stop drinking. According to Hip-Hop DX, in the post, she admitted that she was using alcohol to cope with trauma and pain. She also detailed her excuses to drink being tied to a fear of flying as well.

“You see, drinking was my ritual to combat my immense fear of flying,” she wrote in the now-deleted post. “Just alcohol’ could’ve killed me. I had many guardian angels watching over me that day. Thank God there was nobody filming.”

After getting sober, the singer realized that she could fly without using alcohol.

“I decided December 18th 2022, would be the day I got clean. You know what I realized after 1 year of many sober flights? I never needed alcohol to get through the flight. I thought I needed alcohol to escape my reality and to cope. I needed an excuse to drink and not feel the pain of every day life and trauma. It was my numbing vacation to avoid my purpose and my truth,” she stated.

Though she is making an exit from social media, Lennox announced her new single, “Smoke,” will be available on October 18.

We wish Ari Lennox the best on her continued sobriety journey!

T.I. attends 4th Annual Sno Ball Gala

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty

Clifford “T.I.” Harris wants everyone to know that he is so rich he no longer needs to do live performances.

During a recent interview, the 44-year-old rapper announced that this year’s Jingle Bell concert in Atlanta will be his last live performance. The “Kang of da Souf” is set to headline the annual show which will also feature Saweetie, Sexxy Redd and Tinashe.

I appreciate y’all for offering me my last working gig because I do not need the money anymore and I will not be performing,” he said. “I don’t want to do it anymore…I don’t want people to pay me to hop around and sweat for their entertainment anymore.”

Ok, retirement TIP. Perhaps the $71 million settlement he and his wife, Tiny, won from their years-long copyright infringement battle with MGA Entertainment, over the L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls’ likeness to the group the OMG Girlz, is part of the reason we won’t be seeing him hit the stage anymore.

Thankfully, T.I. still decided to show up to perform during the halftime of the Atlanta Falcons’ face-off with the Kansas City Chiefs, where his daughter Heiress joined him for a performance of her dad’s hit song “Live Your Life.” Rihanna originally sang the hook, but the talented 8-year-old took the reins and made it her own.

The adorable little girl has had a pretty busy year as she joined legendary groups Xscape and SWV on a few dates of their Queens of R&B Tour and also performed at the BET Awards alongside everyone’s favorite little rapper, VanVan.

T.I. may be taking his leave from the stage but it doesn’t seem like the Harris family has any intention of following him. Even the OMG Girlz—complete with all three original members—made a return to music this year. The group also joined the Queens of R&B Tour on their Atlanta stop.

Kayla Nicole stirred up drama over a 10-year-old Halloween costume, and Teyana Taylor entered the chat to drag the “disrespectful” storytime! While visiting Angel Reese‘s podcast, Kayla described the craziest thing she has done in a relationship. Social media sleuths uncovered she was probably referencing Taylor and her ex-husband, Iman Shumpert. However, Taylor was not feeling the call out and took to social media to let everyone know.

Kayla Nicole, a model, content creator, and Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, recently joined Angel Reese on her new podcast, Unapologetically Angel. While there, the two discussed several things, including her former relationship with Kelce and the backlash she experienced when he began dating Taylor Swift. Nevertheless, the juiciest part of the interview came when Reese asked Kayla the craziest thing she had ever done in a relationship.

Before spilling the tea, Kayla clarified that she does not have many “crazy” stories, but this was her favorite. She then stated that after a guy she was dealing with dumped her for a “singer/actress,” she dressed up as them for Halloween — and posted it on Instagram. The picture went viral and had her ex-boo calling her crazy.

“So I was dating a guy, and he dumped me through a text message. And he dumped me for this singer/actress who was famous at the time. He dumped me for her. Lied about it for months then popped out with her and it became this public thing,” she stated.

To further clarify her actions, Kayla said that she had moved to New York to be with the mystery man and was heartbroken when she found out the truth.

While Kayla tried to remain vague when telling the story, social media warriors were quick to dig up the old Instagram post. After the clip of Kayla’s story went viral, it was revealed that the content creator was talking about Iman Shumpert and Teyana Taylor. A picture of Kayla dressed in Taylor’s iconic outfit from Ye’s “Fade” video began circulating social media, confirming the speculations.

Soon after, Taylor took to Instagram Stories with a clip of Left Eye saying, “And everyone, get ready to do your math,” alluding to the allegation that Shumpert was simultaneously dealing with Taylor and Kayla. According to TheShadeRoom, Taylor began dating Shumpert in 2013, and they popped out on Instagram in 2014.

After social media began to react to Kayla’s story, she took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to clear the air. In one tweet, she asserted that people had taken the story too far.

“I share a sliver of my truth for once and here y’all come with the group chat think pieces,” she stated.

In a separate tweet, Kayla made it clear that she does not condone her past actions, but she has a right to share her story.

“Sometimes I’m asked about my personal life and decide to share the lessons I’ve learned. To reiterate what I said in the hour-long interview – learn from my mistakes. If u watched in its entirety, you’d know I don’t condone the “crazy” decision I made literally 10 YEARS AGO,” she wrote. “Will continue to speak on my life experiences when I see fit with zero shame, because it’s my story to tell. And if it helps just one woman avoid the tough lessons I’ve learned, my obstacles will not have been in vain.”

Despite providing more context, Teyana Taylor did not feel the extra attention that Kayla’s story brought her. In a now-deleted comment on TheShadeRoom’s post, Taylor put her “petty panties on” to react. She put Kayla and her story on blast because she felt the influencer was being shady.

“She pulled the Black card when it came to Taylor Swift, but in the same circle, turned around and tried to bully the Black woman that was married to her situationship she claimed ‘dumped her’ for me. Dressing up like me for what? Crazy part about all this is, I actually showed love under her pic when she posted it. Like I did the other 3736262626 people that dressed up as me for Halloweeen. Whole time I ain’t even know she was being shady. Now I do. so in that case petty panties on. I had my lil fun I said what the f**k I said & now I’m done and headed back to set,” she wrote.

Halle Bailey and DDG attend 66th GRAMMY Awards - Arrivals

Halle Bailey returned to social media for the first time since her reported split from rapper and YouTube personality DDG, and she wants us to know that she and baby Halo are doing just fine.

The Grammy winner and movie star posted a carousel of photos alongside the caption, “life is beautiful.” Then she took to her stories with an even clearer message. Bailey shared the photos in her story with Destiny’s Child’s “Survivor” perfectly playing over it, seemingly fueling the flames of the rumored breakup. Her sister Chlöe was the first to comment on the post, simply saying, “I love you.”

Noticeably, Halle’s post came on the eve of her ex’s birthday. She has yet to confirm or deny their breakup. Yet, her posts, as well as the removal of his presence from her social media, seem to say it all.

DD, however, is taking every opportunity to speak on any comments directed his way in the wake of the alleged breakup. He took to TikTok to respond to one user’s claim that he “trapped Halle with a baby,” saying,

“You got two kids. I looked on your Instagram, I looked on your TikTok, everything. You got two kids but no baby daddy. But you worried about me? Don’t make sense to me. Y’all need to stop, bro. I be seeing what y’all be saying. And it’s like bro, I’m a father. I’m in my child’s life. Worry about your baby daddy. Why are you worried about me? i don’t understand it. I’ll never get it but I love y’all to death. I love Black women.”

The user did clap back at the fellow internet personality to clarify that she shares her two children with her ex-husband and that she, much like Halle, would not have the presence of someone she’s no longer with on her social media. Oop!

Hopefully, DDG will have a few locs left when the internet is done dragging him.

Rocky Said He Knew Rihanna Would Be The Mother Of His Kids, Recalled How He & Rihanna First Met

Rocky is head over heels for Rihanna and when asked how he realized the megastar would be the mother of his kids, he gushed to W Magazine;

“I knew from when we were younger. We both did, I think. So it was only right when we got older. We just kind of reconnected.”

The joyful couple initially crossed paths in 2012, building a friendship that lasted for several years before their romance blossomed around 2019 or 2020, according to Rocky’s timeline. Reflecting on their first meeting, the rapper shared that they “locked eyes” outside a nightclub in that same year, where the singer came to his aid when a difficult bouncer denied him, the late Virgil Abloh, and a mutual friend entry.

“I was kicked out of this nightclub. They wasn’t giving me no access to it. This is when I’m just starting out, so nobody knows me,” he shared. “I was with Matthew Williams and Virgil. I was getting into it with the bouncers, and she came out. We just locked eyes. She didn’t even know us, but she was like, ‘Yo! Why y’all not letting him in? What’s wrong with you?! Let that man in!’”

A$AP Rocky Told W Magazine That He Loves Fatherhood

Rocky and Rih have been hooked on each other’s love ever since, taking great pride in the family they’ve created together. The rapper spoke affectionately about his two boys, Rza and Riot – born in 2022 and 2023 respectively – highlighting how, despite their young age, they’ve begun to showcase their own distinct personalities.

“Riot’s an extrovert—he’s just like his mom. Rza is more so like his dad, like me. And he’s my twin. He got his mom’s forehead, but he got everything else from me. I love my boy’s big forehead! I loved it on his mother.” He continued, “I think Rza’s warming up to Riot.”

Rocky is enjoying life as a father and his parenting journey has deeply inspired his forthcoming full-length project Don’t Be Dumb which was slated for release in August, but was pushed back due to sample clearances and leaks according to the rapper’s X post published Aug. 22. Fatherhood has profoundly shaped his perspective on life, influencing his daily routine and even the type of music that resonates with him.

“That sh*t changed my swag,” he added. “I’m such a dad, it’s f**king hilarious. I haven’t been in the gym in weeks. I come home, my kids are already in bed, asleep. I leave, they still asleep. But the sacrifices we make to put out something substantial…”

Awww, we love to see it!
