Rich Homie Quan’s death has officially been ruled an accidental suicide from a mixture of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine.
As more days pass, the shocking death of Atlanta’s Rich Homie Quan doesn’t seem real. When news of the rapper’s passing spread across social media it was alleged he overdosed, but those claims weren’t confirmed at the time. Reportedly, his girlfriend found him unresponsive at their home and immediately dialed 911. Unfortunately, it was too late.
Reportedly, Quan didn’t have a heartbeat when he was found and began foaming at the mouth once moved.
According to TMZ, the Fulton County Medical Examiner ruled his death an accident. Quan’s death came from an overdose of a deadly mix of drugs including fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine. Pressed prescription drugs haven’t been confirmed as the reason, but if confirmed, we should expect a criminal investigation to follow.
Whoever sold the fake drugs should be held accountable for their actions. Last month, Quan’s close family and friends gathered to pay their final respects at his funeral.
The RHQ family released his last track “Song Cry” during the funeral and released the post-humorous video shortly after.
