Anthony Weiner Set Free
Former NYC congressman Anthony Weiner is finally a free man. According to CBS New York, the 54-year-old left a Bronx halfway house this Tuesday morning after successfully serving a 21-month sentence for having illicit contact with a 15-year-old girl. Reportedly, the-54-year-old will be registered as a level 1 sex offender for the next 20 years
In a brief encounter with the lingering press, Weiner says he was excited to resume his life.
I hope to be able to live a life of integrity and service, and I’m glad this chapter of my life is behind me.
