After posting an emotional tribute to Rich Homie Quan, Quavo reveals he had a “good convo” with Offset amid rumored indifferences.
After Rich Homie Quan’s passing, tributes to the rapper started pouring out on social media remember the Atlanta rapper. One of his peers Quavo posted a tribute that reminded us you never know you’re in the golden days until it’s too late.
The picture featured himself, Young Thug, Quan, Takeoff, and Offset in the studio right as their careers took off. If the day wasn’t sad enough Quavo showcased that everyone in the picture is either dead, in jail, or not speaking which damaged many hearts. However, social media immediately instructed him to patch up whatever was going on with Offset before it was too late.
Last year Quavo and Offset reunited at the BET Awards to pay homage to Takeoff but the energy was clear it wouldn’t be much more. Later Offset would go on to state both artists aren’t on “sucker sh*t” with each other confirming they don’t have much of a relationship.
After a few hours, Quavo provided an update and disclosed he spoke with Offset. Quavo posted “Good convo with my Bro” on his Instagram story with the locked-in emoji. Social media immediately began replying to the news with “bullying works”. Tomorrow isn’t promised and these two Atlanta legends not speaking just doesn’t make sense.
Granted we don’t know the full extent of their issues but it seems they are making advancement on healing their relationship.
