Sisters are known for sharing everything from clothes to friends, but who knew that they sometimes drank each others breast milk? According to Tamera Mowry-Housley, sister Tia Hardrict‘s breast milk is the best she’s ever had. Tia revealed on Instagram that her sister is currently drinking her breast milk to recover from being sick.
The “Whole New You” author wrote,
“Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing. She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk.”
In the video, Tamera gushed over her sister’s lucky leche, saying,
“Oh my gosh. Tia. This is amazing. Your breast milk is the best milk I’ve ever tried in my life. Oh my god.”
According to reports, there are various health benefits of drinking breast milk, including reducing the risk of viruses, Urinary tract infections and protection against allergies. Would you try your sister’s though?

A 79-year-old Georgia woman fends off 20-year-old burglar Hans Rogers who was breaking into her home according to ABCNews.
The unidentified woman was in the kitchen of her Dallas, Georgia home when she called the police to report multiple men trying to enter her property.
The transcript of what the woman said the intruder is the realest s#!t you’ll read all day:
“Okay…come on. I got something for you,” she yelled at the intruder before firing off one shot.
The man still found another way to get into the home and ran upstairs, the woman said, before admitting that she shot at him once from the kitchen.
“This is taking way too long,” the woman said, asking for help to be sent faster. “They upstairs talking crazy.”
The woman then tells the dispatcher that she’s scared before yelling a warning to the man in her home: “I’m waiting on ya. When you come down them stairs, I’m gonna blow your d— brains out. I’m waiting. Come on.”
Clearly, meemaw was 100% with the shits. When police arrived they arrested Hans and he was charged with burglary, home invasion and criminal trespassing.

Meghan Markle’s friends threw her an extravagant baby shower in NYC for the royal seed.
The Duchess of Sussex’ baby shower was held at New York’s The Mark hotel in the penthouse suite that goes for $75,000 a night.

Gayle also gave some personal insight into the baby shower on CBS This Morning and confirmed that a “good time” was had by all the guests. She also shared the Meghan wanted to hold off on opening the gifts till she got home. There’s speculation that she wanted Prince Harry to share that moment with her.
“She didn’t open any of the gifts because she wants to do that when she goes home so I really don’t know what everybody got her,” the journalist shared. “She’s very kind, she’s very generous and a really sweet person. I think her friends just wanted to celebrate her. “
Meghan’s guests dined on food from Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and enjoyed a flower-arranging lesson led by Lewis Miller. According to Cosmopolitan the estimated cost for Meghan’s shower was around $200,000 especially considering the $100,000 private jet she flew in on, that a friend paid for.

Jussie Smollett has been charged with a crime. The Associated Press reports that Jussie’s charged with disorderly conduct for falsely reporting an attack on Jan. 29. The charge is a Class 4 felony that carries a possible prison sentence of 1-3 years or probation.
The news comes after his alleged “attackers” testified for 2 1/2 hours before a grand jury today, Wednesday, Feb. 20.
AP reports that the men in question, brothers Abimbola “Abel” and Olabinjo “Ola” Osundairo, told their attorney Gloria Schmidt that they wanted to “man up” and “correct this” before giving their testimony.
Jussie’s attorneys have released a statement and they’re imploring that he’s considered innocent until proven guilty. They’re also promising an “aggressive defense” of the actor.
“Like any other citizen, Mr. Smollett enjoys the presumption of innocence, particularly when there has been an investigation like this one where information, both true and false, has been repeatedly leaked. Given these circumstances, we intend to conduct a thorough investigation and to mount an aggressive defense.”

The chief communications officer from the Chicago Police department has confirmed today Jussie Smollett is now being investigated as a criminal.
Anthony Guglielmi wrote in a tweet: “Case Update: Jussie Smollett is now officially classified as a suspect in a criminal investigation by #ChicagoPolice for filing a false police report (Class 4 felony). Detectives are currently presenting evidence before a Cook County Grand Jury.”
Previously, Jussie filed a report saying he was the victim of a completely random racist and homophobic attack as he walked to a Subway in Chicago. As evidence unfolds, the details of the attack seem to make less and less sense to investigators. Today, before a Grand Jury, Chicago Detectives presented evidence that the “attack” may have been staged. Two Nigerian brothers also thwart Jussie’s story during a police interview, claiming he paid them to attack him.
Today, store video of the Nigerian brothers purchasing MAGA hats and ski masks has surfaced. The brothers reportedly told police Jussie asked them to stage the entire attack and this supports their story. CBS Chicago found the footage of them purchasing the items right before they allegedly attacked Jussie.

Mary J. Blige recently chatted with DJ Ace on BBC Radio 1 Xtra about a number of topics including her dating life—-or lack thereof. The Queen of Soul wasn’t forthcoming on info about her post-divorce life but she did perk up when Ace asked her what it would take for a man to have a chance with her.
According to Mary, at least one thing is absolutely necessary, money, so that she won’t have to “take care” of him.
“Well he has to have more money than me, that’s for sure,” she said. “Because I’m not taking care of any more men. I’m not jaded but I’m very careful right now,” she said. “I love my freedom. I love being single right now. I’m in a great place. I’m not in a rush!”

Mind you Mary makes a good point. Mary indeed had to take care of her ex-husband Kendu Isaacs after their split. She paid him $30,000 every month in temporary spousal support which he claimed was insufficient to fund his lifestyle considering that her “divorce songs” ruined his reputation. He then asked for $65K and was shut down by a judge.

The ex-wife of Houston Astros owner Jim Crane, Franci Neely, was captured in a viral video accosting a Black woman and her husband who were doing a photo shoot to celebrate their 1-year-old daughter’s birthday.
Kelyn Alyssa, the girl’s mother, recorded the tense confrontation and uploaded it to Facebook with a lengthy caption explaining what the hell was going on with this crazy white lady.
Here’s what husband and father Isaiah Allen told Click2Houston:
‘These were our first professional shots we have taken of the baby since she’s been born. It was something that was supposed to be very special for us, and I hate the fact that, when I look at these pictures, this is what I have to remember.
‘She’s yelling things like, “You’re trampling the grass, that we pay for, you need to leave,’ even though we were on the walkway talking the picture.
‘She said, ‘You’re on private property. You need to get your stuff out now.’ (She was) very aggressive, in our face. It was escalating to the point where my wife suggested I start recording.’

It’s been four years since August Alsina gave an official interview, and so much has gone on in the star’s life since then. The Shade Room caught up with the “I Luv This” singer and he dished on everything fans have been wanting to know during his hiatus, including the status of his relationship with Jada Pinkett-Smith and how he’s been holding up since his sister’s death.
Aug got emotional when asked how he’s been feeling:
“I’m going through my process. I’m going through my journey. And I’m not looking for any sympathy because I know that God has me even when I feel that God doesn’t. Even when I’m talking to God in a rage and I can’t hear God responding to me. I’m just in a space where I know that there are certain things you can learn about God through suffering.”
The tears continued to fall as he opened up about getting custody of his nieces after his sister’s death.
“While I’m suffering, and while I’m watching my nieces suffer — who are my kids now— to hear them tell me ‘I want my mother and I want my father’. And them seeing me as a person who can always fix something for them. And this is a situation that I can’t fix. I just continue to walk by faith and not what I see. Because people are dying.”
Fortunately, it looks like August is back in good spirits since the emotional interview.

After being caught several different times being a dirty dog to both his first baby’s mother AND his new baby’s mother, it looks like he’s finally broken the camel’s back for good.
According to TMZ, Khloe has kicked Tristan to the curb after she learned that he cheated on her with her sister Kylie’s best friend Jordyn Woods.
You read that right. Tristan *allegedly* cheated on Khloe with Kylie’s best friend.
Thursday Tristan flew to L.A. to spend Valentine’s Day with Khloe and baby True. Saturday night he was seen making out and getting handsy with Jordyn Woods at WeHo nightclub.
