What up, Gangsta?

No matter how many film and TV projects 50 Cent has on his plate, the media mogul always has time for beef, especially when it comes to former G-Unit member, The Game. After almost 20 years, the label mates turned enemies are still going at it.

The Shade Room reports on Friday 50 posted a clip of The Game getting ignored at a recent Los Angeles Lakers game by Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Lovine. It’s hard to tell from the clip if Jimmy was in a hurry when he pushed past The Game or whether he even recognized the rapper, who was responsibly rocking a mask at the time. Regardless of the details behind the stadium snub, 50 never misses an opportunity to fire a shady shot online.

“LOL The Man didn’t even look at him. Get this guy out of here 50 wrote the records. LMFAO @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi,”  50 wrote on his now-deleted post.

The Power producer clearly still needed to get something off his chest since The Game’s manager Wack 100 claimed on Clubhouse that the Compton rapper not only wrote most of his own debut album, The Documentary but also was a ghostwriter on 50’s iconic first album, Get Rich Or Die Trying. After rapping the hook to “What Up, Gangsta,” Wack 100 asked on Clubhouse earlier this month, “Who you think wrote that? I’m going to leave it alone.”

Of course, leaving it alone is the last thing 50’s mind, and The Game kept that same energy in the comments on the Lakers game post.

“N*gga, I ain’t even see Mr. Burns,” Game responded. “& if you wrote my records… write you one today & put it out n*gga !!! Your rap career died wit them loli pop strap tan tops .. you a actor, n that’s why you ran to tv… give us season 2 of that Tommy bullsh*t & leave this rap sh*t to n*ggas who can spell correctly & actually got bars goofy n*gga !!! #HeGoneDeleteThisCommentInTheCar”

The Game took it one step further with a post comparing 50 to rotisserie chicken when he recreated the infamous upside-down “In Da Club” at the Super Bowl, and even dragged 50’s girlfriend Jamirah “Cuban Link” Haines into the mix by claiming she slid in his DMs. Yikes!

“Hit @therealswizzz & @timbaland ASAP & stop runnin from this verzuz,” The Game wrote challenging 50 to go hit for hit in the music battle. “Oh’ n tell ya girl stay out my DM’s… if she don’t want her man overweight, fat as f**k hanging upside down like rotisserie chicken at the Super Bowl… come to @thenuminati #LeaveMeAloneImBingeWatchingPower”

The Game’s petty post about those DMs had at least a tiny bit of truth to it since he posted a screenshot of a pic Cuban Link sent with her number saying, “Video girl? Please keep in mind.” The fitness influencer and aspiring lawyer tapped in to set the record straight on Twitter.

“Naaa what,” she wrote. “Not from 2015 when everyone wanted to be a ViDeO giRl !! You irrelevant f*cking bozo. You thought you ate with that one.” Even though Cuban Link is the youngest in this fake love triangle by almost 20 years, she seems the most mature about the whole thing and kept it moving to plug her upcoming event with 50 this weekend.

If this is all a way to drum up new interest in a long-awaited showdown on Verzuz, it just might work. Between the hilarious smack talk, beef about who ghostwrote major hits for whom, and nostalgia for their classic songs, this battle would definitely be entertaining.

Who do you think would win in a Verzuz battle between 50 and The Game?

Who is beating the ghostwriting allegations?

Did they understand the assignment?

Last year, BOSSIP reported that a College Hill reboot is on the way and now we finally have a lineup for the classic reality show’s return. Instead of the original formula of following real college kids through the ups, downs, (and throwdowns) of life at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the reboot will follow celebrities who never attended or completed their college education.

According to TheJasmineBRAND the upcoming season will feature RHOA royalty NeNe Leakes, former NBA Lamar OdomLHH stars Ray J and Dream Dolland the Queen Diva of New Orleans Bounce Music Big Freedia. While these reality TV veterans may not be able to deliver the college-age antics that made College Hill so iconic, their larger-than-life personalities are a recipe for more iconic memes and moments.

Previous reboot rumors expected the show to film at Jackson State University where Deion Sanders became head football coach of his alma mater in 2020. The two-time Super Bowl champion revealed that his fiancée Tracey Edmondswho was the producing powerhouse behind “College Hill” during its original run from 2004 – 2009, would bring celebrities to the Mississippi campus.

However, TheJasmineBRAND reports that the new season is currently being filmed at Texas Southern University. Does this mean we can expect a cameo from one of TSU’s most illustrious recent alumni, Megan Thee Stallion? The cast has already been spotted on campus with Slim Thug and India Love in the mix as well.

Fans of the show looked forward to an updated dose of HBCU drama, but reactions to the celebrity cast are mixed. The tweets are talking!

Many of the cast members are old enough to have kids in college, so they probably won’t be throwing down like their ’00s counterparts, but that doesn’t mean they won’t turn up at TSU. BET also gave us quality reality TV with the do-over drama on The Encoreso they might be onto something with this new direction.

Will you be watching the new College Hill?

Martin Lawrence And Tisha Campbell-Martin Portrait Session 1996

Entertainment Weekly reports that Martin Lawrence is finally blessing us with a reunion for his classic TV show, Martin. Carl Anthony Payne II and the iconic duo of Tichina Arnold and Tisha Campbell will all join Martin take us on a trip down memory lane. Of course, no episode or reunion special would really feel complete without a “you ain’t got no job, Tommy!” Original cast member Thomas Mikal Ford, who played Martin’s other best friend Tommy Strawn, passed away in 2016 at the age of 52.

“To be able to sit here thirty years later with this amazing cast that has had such an impact on pop culture is truly a blessing,” Lawrence said in the announcement. “I am always humbled that the fans still want more of the show and its characters. I am looking forward to the reunion special.”

The 30-year anniversary celebration films this weekend and will debut later this year on BET+, where can re-watch all five seasons of the Martin.

Martin is one of the most beloved sitcoms in our community, both because it is hugely entertaining and because it played a pivotal role in changing the narrative of Black voices in entertainment and in culture through the portrayal of young, ambitious Black leads and healthy Black relationships,” said the CEO of BET, Scott Mills. “Decades later, that representation is still just as important, which is why we’re so excited to honor a series that put Black culture front and center on our platform that embraces Black culture everyday.”

Despite its undeniable place in TV history, a reunion like this seemed unlikely until 2020, when Tisha and Martin reconciled after they both walked away by the fifth and final season in 1997 over toxic tension after a real-life beak-up and accusations of harassment that led to a lawsuit against the show and its creator. Both stars confirmed that they were “in a good place” and that they have “nothing but love” for each other now.

“Again, I’m not going to go into details, because I want to respect his privacy and I want to respect mine,” the My Wife and Kids star said about repairing the rift. “But I will say, by the end of it, it was nothing but laughter and healing. And I got a chance to experience that. And I’m so glad that we’re in a good place right now.”

“Regardless of the past or any misrepresentation of it In the press, I have nothin but love for Tisha then and now. We are good and always will be! #teammartymar #yougogirl,” Lawrence posted on Instagram under throwback picture of them together.

The beloved main cast members aren’t the only heavy hitters on board. Hollywood legend and Def Comedy Jam co-founder Stan Lathan will direct and veteran comedian Affion Crockett will host the show. It will be produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, the production company behind The New Edition Story, the 2021 Oscars, and the epic 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show that still has us talking!

Who else can we expect to see at this reunion? So far, only the main cast members are confirmed. We’ll have to keep our fingers crossed on other fan favorites like “fif flo’” resident and perpetual toilet paper “borrower” Bruh Man played by Reginald Ballard or Martin Payne’s old boss Stan Winters, played by comedy veteran of 59 years Garrett Morris. At least there’s still hope for cameos from Martin’s other hysterically funny characters like Sheneneh, Mama Payne, or Roscoe. Don’t we all need a quick visit from the original playa from the Himalayas, Jerome?

Will you be watching? What forever funny Martin moment do you want to relive with the cast?

Wendy Williams has broken her silence and gives fans a firsthand look at her recovery in a 5-minute video posted on her new Instagram account.

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - June 28, 2021

Source: Raymond Hall / Getty

Williams is shown walking along a Florida beach while speaking to her son Kevin Hunter Jr., who filmed the footage. Williams said she visits Florida often because her “real family” is there.

“New York is fast-paced, which I love,” said Williams, whose talk show films in New York City. “I love [it] here in Florida as much as I do New York, but they are two very different things and people. But New York is my heart and Florida is a beautiful place — beautiful, regular. Sometimes weird in a good way. Aren’t we all, weird in a good way?”

While it’s good to see Wendy up and moving some of her fans are convinced Wendy Williams’ new Instagram video is old. “This video is a year old,” speculated one follower in the comments section. “This video is old. She keeps referencing that she is 56 years old but she’s actually 57.” wrote another.

It’s not clear when the video was shot but fans pointed out Wendy talking about her mother being in Florida, where the video was filmed, however her mother passed away in December 2020. She also referred to herself as being 56 years old when in fact she’s now 57.

During one point of the video her son, Kevin, asked about the rumors surrounding Williams’ health issues. He said, “A lot of people have been wondering what you’ve been up to and they’ve been saying their prayers out and everything. What do you have to say to those people who think you’re up to whatever it is?”

Wendy responded by saying “Excuse me, I am going back stronger. At 56 years old, there are things that happen to people. I would say things usually start about 40 and they go up from there, you know?” she continued. “So you’ve got to eat the right food.”

She then went into detail about her preference for eating vegan and vegetarian food at length, Williams added: “I want to be all I can be and get back to New York and get on down with The Wendy Williams Show.”

Williams’ ongoing health issues previously delayed the start of her popular talk show’s 13th season. She first tested positive with a breakthrough COVID-19 case amid ongoing health complications tied to her Graves’ disease battle. She later recovered from the virus but was still battling other health issues as well as the separation from her ex-husband Kevin Hunter.

Of course the show must carry on and in mid-October Leah Remini served as guest host. Other guest hosts included Sherri Shepherd, Jerry Springer, Bevy Smith, Terrance J and many more.

Per a source close to the situation told PEOPLE that Williams “won’t be returning to the show for the rest of this season.”

“But reports of a stroke, drugs or addiction issues or a dementia diagnosis are all false,” the insider added. “Whether Wendy can return in the fall will depend on how her healing goes over the summer. Her health is the most important thing.”

Whatever the case may be we wish Wendy Williams a speedy recovery and hope to see her back on our television screens soon. Do you miss Wendy or are you liking the guest hosts? Let us know below!

The Wendy Williams Show airs weekdays (check local listings).

This could’ve stayed in the drafts, sis. You know it’s bad when you’re following Joe Rogan on a non-apology tour to prove how “not racist” you really are. After years of criticism for clout-chasing with a caricature based on Black stereotypes, accused appropriator Awkwafina addressed the issue head-on (and then totally side-stepped it) in a statement she posted to Twitter on Saturday.

The Marvel star got roasted online when she fumbled a question about the long-standing controversy during an interview for Shang Chi back in 2021. Notice how this interview, like several appearances she made after the fame and checks grew substantially, lacks that urban flavor she claimed was an organic extension of growing up in Queens.

The comedian, whose real name is Nora Lum, started her message with a lesson about the importance of “the historical context of the African American community” and how it has been “disproportionately affected by institutionalized policies and law enforcement policies.” Ok, maybe she has been listening to feedback on how she leaned on AAVE (or African American Vernacular English) with her breakout roles in Crazy Rich Asians and Oceans 8.

“All the while having historically and routinely seen their culture stolen, exploited and appropriated by the *dominant* culture for monetary gain, without acknowledgment nor respect for where those roots come from, the pioneers of its beginnings and the artists that perfected and mastered the craft,” she wrote.

Mentioning that people generally exploit Black culture without actually acknowledging that she’s made millions of dollars doing the same thing is as close as she got to an apology. After a vague promise to “always listen” and “work tirelessly to understand” the nuances of using AAVE, she skipped right over admitting her mistakes to double down on her innocence.

“But I must emphasize: to mock, belittle or to be unkind in any way possible at the expense of others is: Simply. Not. My. Nature. It never has, and it never was.”

Is this rehearsal for her acceptance speech at the NAACP Image Awards? The rest of the statement lists the “fine line between offense and pop culture”, the “internet Tik-Tok slang generation”, and her “immigrant background” in the explanations and excuses that fill up the other half of her statement.

“I think as a group, Asian Americans are still trying to figure out what that journey means for them, what is correct and where they don’t belong,” Nora wrote. “And though I’m still learning and doing that personal work, I know for sure that I want to spend the rest of my career doing nothing but lifting our communities. We do the first by failing, learning, acknowledging, hearing and empathizing and I will continue tirelessly to do just that.”

It’s funny that the New York native leans on her Asian immigrant background because she told Vice doesn’t play about minstrelsy when it comes to her own culture.

Right after the statement, Nora tweeted that she will be “retiring from the ingrown toenail that is Twitter.”

Plenty of Nora’s enablers rushed to reassure her that she did nothing wrong and had no need to apologize. Her critics quickly noticed that’s who she will really “always listen” to. Her favorites are full of mostly non-Black people accepting her non-apology on Black people’s behalf.

This unsolicited statement left everyone with more questions than answers because no one was holding their breath for her to say a whole lot of nothing.

The people who tried to patiently and respectfully continue the conversation Nora said she was open to, she blocked them instead.

Most people simply wanted her to take accountability and drop the offensive act and over-the-top name, not barging into Black History Month with this mess.

Do you buy Nora’s explanation of the blaccent accusations or is it too little too late?

Another festival, another night of violence and chaos. And unfortunately, another promising artist killed right in his hometown.

TMZ confirmed that rapper Drakeo the Ruler was stabbed at the Once Upon a Time in L.A. festival on Saturday night. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and died from his injuries shortly after.

Drakeo, whose legal name is Darrell Caldwell, was one of the dozens of artists scheduled to perform that night, including headliners Al Green, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, and YG. The 28-year-old was backstage when he was attacked by a group of people and reportedly stabbed in the neck during the altercation.

Paramedics, LAPD, and California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene at Banc of California Stadium in Exposition Park around 8:40 p.m. The event was canceled shortly after.

A spokesperson for Live Nation said in a statement: “There was an altercation in the roadway backstage. Out of respect for those involved and in coordination with local authorities, artists and organizers decided not to move forward with remaining sets so the festival was ended an hour early.”

Fellow artists have already begun responding to the tragic news on social media. Drake, who collaborated with Drakeo this year on “Talk To Me,” wrote on his Instagram stories, “Nah man this shit isn’t right for real wtf are we doing. Always picked my spirit up with your energy. RIP Drakeo.”

Joey Fatts expressed his sorrow and frustration with the violence rappers face in their hometowns and at festivals recently.

“Drakeo was killed while working. Was there for a performance. All these get out the streets tweets/leave your city tweets. Shut the fuck up. No reason why a knife should be able to be snuck into a music festival. Especially since the Travis Scott shit. Rip Drakeo hope his fam sue.”

Drakeo just returned home from L.A.’s Men’s Central Jail in November of 2020 after four years in jail. While incarcerated, he recorded Thank You For Using GTL, which Pitchfork called “likely the greatest rap album ever recorded from jail.” Drakeo was released with time served for the gun charge after he was acquitted of murder and attempted murder charges, beating two potential life sentences.

The L.A. native told Rolling Stone back in March that music and a second chance at freedom gave him a new sense of purpose.

“I just want people to know that I’m here to stay,” he continued. “I want them to take my music seriously and feel everything. I mean, a lot of people know about my story … but I want them to know I had to go through a lot to get the things that I got. I might talk a certain way or say certain things, but I’ve been through a lot in my life. I want them to feel what I went through. When I did the song for the homie [“Long Live the Greatest”], people told me, ‘I feel you,’ and, ‘I know what you was going through.’ I want them to know that I’m a real person, that we’re the same.”

R.I.P. Drakeo the Ruler. Our condolences to his family and loved ones.

According to Revolt, Travis Scott’s empire took another loss when Anheuser-Busch announced on Friday that it will no longer distribute the rapper’s CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer. “After careful evaluation, we have decided to stop all production and brand development of CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer. We believe brand fans will understand and respect this decision,” the brewing giant shared in a statement.

Although the announcement came just a few weeks after the Astroworld Fest, Anheuser-Busch didn’t cite tragedy for their decision to discontinue the drink. A source close to Travis told TMZ that the end of the partnership after less than a year is a mutual decision and “not a cancelation or ceasing of an ongoing agreement.”

A rep for Travis also explained to TMZ that “Travis was clear in his interview that he is not focused on business right now and his priority is helping his community and fans heal. CACTI asked AB InBev to inform their wholesalers there will not be product at this time.”

It’s understandable that the split would be in the best interest of both parties after Astroworld, but Anheuser-Busch had other motivations. Cacti went from flying off the shelves in March, making it an instant top 5 brand in the seltzer market, to a significant decline in sales in recent months.

Nike is also putting the breaks on a releasing a Travis Scott shoe. “Out of respect for everyone impacted by the tragic events at the Astroworld Festival, we are postponing the launch of the Air Max 1 x Cactus Jack,” the sneaker company wrote in a statement.

It’s hard to believe that the man who made Happy Meals and seltzer cool again could lose his marketing magic so fast. In 2020, Travis was the king of corporate collaborations, including a virtual Fortnite concert, a Strategic Creative Partner role in the highly anticipated rollout of Sony’s Playstation 5, and his own wildly successful custom McDonald’s meal.

It’s unclear what the future looks like for Travis as a mogul and an artist, but as long as Mama Kris and the Kardashian Klan are on his side, anything is possible.

Since making her debut this year, Chlöe has blossomed into a solo star and sex symbol.

Chloe Have Mercy

Source: Parkwood Entertainment / Have Mercy

While the singer makes no apologies for the bootylicious visuals that accompany her “Have Mercy” harmonies, People reports that she’s putting the “grown” in “grown and sexy” these days. In an appearance this week on Tha God’s Honest Truth with ‘Charlamagne’ Tha God, Chlöe discussed dealing with controversy in the public eye and prioritizing her mental health.

“I am learning that I have to be full before I can give myself to others,” she told Charlamagne. “My mental health is very important. And when you constantly feel like you have to please people and put others before you, you will start to feel very insecure.”

“You say you have insecurities, but people can’t tell from the way you move,” Charlemagne said before asking whether she’s affected by the backlash, like responses to her viral lollipop video that she later deleted from her social media.

“Honestly, in the beginning it didn’t affect me. I’m human, of course, it affects me sometimes, but the reason why I deleted it wasn’t ’cause of what people were saying.  It’s just, I didn’t want people to just go to my page and see that,” Chlöe explained.

“You know, social media is whatever. I’m 23, I’m a grown woman and I think it’s so cool how we can find ourselves. And I’m finding myself right now and figuring out what serves me best. I’m just doing it under a microscope while all of you all get to do it without everyone watching.” Check out the interview clip below.

The singer went on to say that her self-care journey also includes a time-out from Twitter, which she describes as “literally comments just all in your face the whole time.”

“I have my burner Twitter that I still go on to watch funny videos,” Chlöe continued. “I have my TikTok. I’ll go on my video ones and I love Instagram. But Twitter, I was like, ‘Let me just take a break from Twitter.’

Without distractions like Twitter and trying to please the public, Chlöe plans to focus on developing herself as an artist. Even though Beyoncé’s blessing goes a long way, the 23-year-old isn’t taking any of her solo success for granted.

“Honestly, I hope to make music that people like, but I didn’t expect it to become mainstream and people actually like it on the radio and have it become the number one, most added,” she said. “So that’s very surreal. And it’s just my first song. I’m technically a brand new artist, and that’s really just the tip of the iceberg.”

Some of us can’t even get a McChicken or Mcnugget from these men but our good sis JT got a brand new 2022 McLaren 720S from her boo Uzi!

City Girls rapper, JT, just celebrated her 29th birthday and her boyfriend, Lil Uzi Vert, made sure her day was very special. The birthday festivities started off with a simple birthday dinner then escalated from there. At dinner JT had a heartfelt card waiting on her with details of what to expect for her gift. Uzi had cute hand-drawn images on the card as well as a heart and rocket, indicating that she would now be able to jet off into the sunset. Inside the card was a pair of keys to her brand new whip waiting outside the restaurant!

It is reported that her man dropped nearly $300K on the McLaren 720S! JT was just as surprised as the rest of the world and could be heard saying “Oh My Gosh, look at the wheels!” in her video posted on Twitter.

JT also took to Twitter and Instagram to express her excitement and appreciation towards her boyfriend.

“I’m so in love! I never thought I would be, I am pinching myself.” The next tweet gushed, “I’m screaming, Uziiii wtf! I was not and did not expect this!”

We’re not exactly sure how long the pair have been a couple but it seems as though the romance began to flourish back in March when Uzi tweeted “JT is the one.” The rapper gave his beloved a diamond-encrusted chain and matching ring in April, per Complex. Jatavia also gushed about Uzi showering her with lavish gifts as she served time in prison for credit card fraud.

“I could only fit $30,000, and I was so mad,” JT admitted. She added, per Complex, “I don’t want to keep talking because I don’t want it to seem like I’m bragging. I have a good man. I didn’t even know he was a good man. I was f***ing with him for almost two years before I found out he was a good man.”

However, the party didn’t end there! Lil Uzi then surprised her with a trip to Nickelodeon Studios Park at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey. He rented out the entire place for his boo and all 20 of her closest friends for a whopping $50K!

To top off the night, the “rapper fashion killa”, gifted his love a luxury handbag, a huge bouquet of pink roses, birthday cake, and an extravagant suite where the bed was completely transformed with flowers that spelled out “I love you JT” in three different shades of blue. Talk about the perfect ending to a wonderful birthday!

It’s safe to say that JT thoroughly enjoyed her celebration and we can’t wait to see what Uzi has in store next year for her birthday when she turns the big 3-0!

“They can steal the recipe but the sauce won’t taste the same”—Kim Kardashian would definitely understand this caption better than anyone so we get why she felt comfortable enough to use it.

Fans went into speculation that Kim Kardashian dissed her ex-BFF Larsa Pippen over a savage comparison made in the trailer for Peacock’s revival of “The Real Housewives of Miami.”

Fellow castmate Adrianna de Moura entertained the pettiness that’s been brewing for years by saying to Larsa,

“You left this group of women, come back with a butt as big as Kim Kardashian’s, trying to become the new Kim Kardashian, which you’re never going to be!”

Soon after the trailer was aired, Kim took to her Instagram to post a selfie along with the catchy caption, and immediately fans assumed the SKIMS founder was throwing shade towards Larsa.

A fan commented “If this is the shade she was throwing, I am alll here for the pettiness,” Kim responded:

“No shade throwing, I don’t do subs. I want everyone to win. I just had a good caption LOL.”

The BFF’s discontinued their friendship during Kim’s marriage to Kanye West. Larsa suggested Kanye would dictate who his wife hung out with.

“He talks so much about me being this and that and this and that,” she said in a podcast chat in November 2020. “I just feel like Kanye was in a place where he really didn’t trust anyone with Kim. If Kanye feels like him and Kim are better without me, then let them be without me. I’m OK with that. … I will survive,” she added. “I want everyone to be happy!”

Now that Kim and Kayne have split and her new romance with Pete Davidson is slowly flourishing, maybe the besties can rekindle their relationship and pick up where they left off.

Rico deserves so much better!

2nd Annual Porn Hub Awards - Arrivals

Source: Phillip Faraone / Getty

No matter how larger-than-life celebrities appear to be, they are very much human. Life on the road is difficult even when the thousands of people in the crowd are adoring fans. On Saturday night, Rico Nasty took to Twitter to vent about the strain of being mistreated and disrespected night after night opening for Playboi Carti on the King Vamp Tour.

“I dead a** need at least two hours out of each day. To just cry,” she wrote in the now-deleted tweets. “Crazy how I wanted a tour bus my whole life and now I just be on the tour bus crying myself to sleep every night.”

Fans and friends were even more concerned when Rico also tweeted, “I wish I was dead just as much as y’all do trust me…Y’all win.”

Despite the massive tragedy that happened at Astroworld Fest a few weeks ago, there seems to be no effort to control the crowds at these shows as they’ve been seen verbally and physically abusing Rico during her performances. Tour attendees have made a habit of booing Rico, chanting for Carti to come out while she’s still in the middle of performing.

It’s hard enough to tolerate the constant disrespect, but it’s escalated to throwing bottles at her on stage. JT also called out that disgusting behavior earlier this month.

Carti brought Rico onstage during one of his performances last week to hug it out, but he still hasn’t publicly said anything to defend Rico or condemn his fans for mistreating her on tour. Meg Thee Stallion, Kehlaniand “Money” collaborator Flo Milli have posted loving messages for the artist online.

Fans also responded to Rico’s vulnerable and concerning tweets with an outpouring of love and support, noting that she has more than enough talent, hit songs, and amazing performance skills to headline her own show.

Maybe we do need Rico in an all-women line-up with Megan, Kehlani, or Flo Milli because this current situation is unacceptable.

We love you, Rico! Keep your head up, sis.

Seems like every month a new rapper is linked to being involved with Saweetie! This time it happens to be Atlanta’s own Lil Baby, and he had a few words to say about it.

Saweetie and Lil Baby

Source: Getty Images / Getty Images

Lil Baby put out a mini-statement via Twitter Thursday night that read, “Baby not dating NO ONE!! I’m Single!” This statement came after news hit the internet claiming he and the West Coast rapper were an item.

A report claimed Baby had taken Saweetie on an $100,000 shopping spree in New York City. According to the source, there is surveillance video footage captured on a nearby security camera of the two in the Chanel store.

Per usual, fans chimed in on Twitter and had to add in their two cents. One person posted, “Damn, Lil Baby dating Saweetie, Quavo’s Ex , and they were labelmates? The Quality is not under Control.”

Another person posted, “Saweetie said she wanted a baby whole time she was talking about lil baby???”

Lil Baby co-parents his 2-year-old son Loyal with IG model and young business mogul, Jayda Cheaves. The pair had been dating on and off for several years and Hollywood Unlocked noted that Cheaves “liked” their Instagram post about the rapper’s supposed date with Saweetie.

Saweetie and Quavo called it quits earlier this year after dating exclusively since 2018. Just months after they announced their break up a video surfaced that showed them engaged in a physical altercation in an elevator.

Saweetie has not made a comment on this rumor and most likely, she won’t. Sis is very much booked and busy. Saweetie just earned two Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rap Song for the the Doja Cat collaboration “Best Friend.”
